Returns

 

Need to return your purchase?  No problem. Please follow the return policy and step-by-step instructions below.

 

Return Policy

  • Garments must not be washed, worn, damaged or stained in anyway. Garments scented with perfume are considered worn and cannot be returned.
  • Receipt must be returned with garment.
  • The original tags must be on the garment.
  • Only regular priced merchandise is eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Sale merchandise, accessories and special occasion wear are always final sale and therefore cannot be refunded or returned.
  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your package (shippers date of completed shipping) to return your purchase to us for a refund to the original form of payment.
  • For returns of purchases picked up in-store, you have 14 days from the date we advised you that your order was ready.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to advise you it has been received and of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved for refund, a refund to the original form of payment will be processed within 2 business days.
  • If your return items result in a net sale of less than $100.00, when your return is processed you will be refunded to the original form of payment less the original cost of shipping. This position has been adopted after careful examination of shipping costs and in an effort to offer a fair policy for you and for Oakridgefashions. Thank you for your understanding on this!
  • If your return does not meet the above return conditions we will advise you by email and it will be shipped back to you at your expense. Sorry!

 

Exchange for Another Size or Colour

  • Pretty much the same as returning for a refund. Pack up and return the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (shipper’s date of shipping completion). Once it clears inspection your refund will be issued. We’ll happily hold another size for you in the meantime. Just contact our online customer service at:

International Shipments

  • Items shipped to an address outside of Canada may be subject to duties and taxes, which are calculated once your shipment crosses the border. Since custom agents may occasionally delay delivery of a package, we apologize for not be able to guarantee a delivery date for shipments outside of Canada.

 

Return Shipping Instructions

We have made it easy for you to return an item that does not suit you.

  • Put the item back in the original mailer and seal with unused sealing strip.
  • Use the card we inserted in the original shipment as your shipping label. We have put our address right on the back of the card. Simple!
  • Return shipping fees are your responsibility.
  • Should you wish to return your online purchase to our store, great, come visit us!

 

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are not refundable. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.

 

Gifts

  • If an item is a gift and shipped directly to the gift recipient, the recipient may return it according to the above returns policy. Once received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to the recipient at the shipping address. Alternatively, a refund may be provided to the gift giver (purchaser) if the item is returned within the accepted the time frame for a refund.
  • During the Holiday giving season, an extended returns timeframe will be offered.
